We have been offline without internet for about a week after we left Bali but have been continuing on this excellent travel adventure first with Nana's family and then more recently on our own. We are back at the Majapahit, a fancy hotel in Surabaya where we stayed at earlier on this trip to rest up and see about getting some tickets for another travel adventure to a new location. Much to share but we may need to sleep a bit first as it is early morning here after an all night train ride to get here after missing our morning train yesterday and turning "bad news" into another great adventure you'll hear more about soon! Wow, this travel adventure blogging is like work sometimes, just a lot more fun.
FYI, Nana's family has given us the nickname "the old kids" after tracking our every move with concern until they saw that we bumble our way to where we need to be and do so safely and with quite a bit of adventure and exploring along the way.
Time to get cleaned and rest a bit so we can run some travel related errands while in the big city.
